C.i.N.3.M.A.N.i.A.X.’s FAQs
When ordering from CiN3MANiAX, please be reminded of the following:
I. Basic Facts
• All titles are on DVD-R formats.
• Each (1-disc) title costs PhP200 unless indicated.
• Minimum Order: Four (4) titles for pick-up delivery in SM North, Trinoma or Megamall. Cash on delivery. No minimum for shipping.
• Shipping Cost: For Metro Manila, PhP150; provincial, PhP200. Bank payment through BPI.
• How to Order: Fill in the form or through e-mail (e.groupster@gmail.com).
• Delivery Date: Depends upon the agreement
• Pick-up delivery: Depends upon the agreement
• DVD Quality: The same as the original source unless indicated.
• Labeling: Each title is provided with DVD cover slip.
• Casing: Slim DVD cases
• Packaging: Discreetly-wrapped
II. Description

III. Door-to-Door Delivery
1. E-mail us your chosen titles via e.groupster@gmail.com. (The order form might not work from time to time so it'd be best to e-mail your order.)
2. After summing the amount of your would-be purchase, we'll e-mail you the bank details and our contact number.
Metro Manila shipping costs PhP150 while provincial costs PhP200 regardless of the number of titles ordered.
3. Pay the amount through the bank specified in our mail. Send us an SMS informing us about the payment. After we confirmed it, we'll work on your titles as soon as possible.
4. Allow a week or so to work on your orders. You will receive SMS updates about your orders especially if there would be a delay.
5. Once shipped, delivery would take about a day or two. You will be provided with the tracking number.
IV. Compatibility of Players
Our titles could be played in any DVD player. They are also PC compatible.
If the PC doesn't read the discs or they skip while playing in the PC, let us know about it, and we'll replace them.
V. Replacement of Defective CDs
If there would be problems with the copies (either they don’t play or they skip in certain portions of the film), let us know through SMS. We'll replace the copies as soon as possible. Just give us enough time to process them.
